I wear Nike Metcon 9s for leg days bc they are super grippy. But, I've also taken my shoes off and lifted barefoot before to help learn and connect my feet with lifts. I do love my super cushioned for walking-not giving those up. Love my Nike Pegasus and Invincibles.

We have all 3 often with kids in the house and I use a mindful portion. Lately, I've preferred tossing some Yukon gold potato's in the air fryer and drizzle with mustard.
