Thats what I am doing to! Just trying to do ALL of the things!! rest, sets, which weight machine to use! It's frustrating when you want a machine and somebody is sitting there on their phone! And you rest for too long because youre trying to find a different machine that works the same muscle! whew 😅

So I started a few weeks ahead @179. Today still fasted this is my weight. Time for gym and see how I do with no food. Pushing my IF a bit more and getting ready for FF tomorrow. Enjoy the weekend y’all . 💪🏼
