First meal of the day:
✅ 1 Cup Good Culture Cottage Cheese (rock salt & pepper)
✅ Healthy Dessert: Protein Pudding with slices apples (1/2 scoop whey isolate, 1/2 scoop micellar casein, 2tbsp PB powder, 1/3 cup egg whites)
~65g Protein
~30g Impact Carbs (total carbs minus fiber)
~ 12g Fat
