My Top 5 Foods to Leverage for Fat Loss☝️
Let me be clear: There is no such thing as a fat burning food. However, there are foods that we can leverage to result in body fat loss. Here are My Top 5 Foods to Leverage for Fat Loss☝️: 1️⃣ Lean ground beef: It’s versatility and protein content make it my number one choice. It’s also extremely nutrient dense and relatively inexpensive. 2️⃣ Plain Greek yogurt: Again, versatility and protein content are the two contributing factors for this choice. It can be added and combined into ANY meal to easily fortify it with protein and probiotics. It is also the base to many of my favorite sauces that I keep prepared at all times. 3️⃣ Whole eggs: These inexpensive nutrition bombs are packed full of protein and I eat them every single day. 4️⃣ Quinoa: Technically a legume, it is high in fiber and an excellent source of plant-based protein. Given its high fiber content, it helps keep me fuller for longer. It pairs phenomenally well with seasoned ground beef and peppers. 5️⃣ Berries: Low in calories and high in fiber, they can satisfy sweet cravings while keeping us fuller for longer! I like to buy mine frozen to have ready to go year-round. What in the common denominator between all of these foods?! Simplicity! They are worth we high in protein, fiber, or a combination of the both. HELLO!!! PROTEIN AND FIBER is calling and you should absolutely answer! Let me know in the comments below if you’re eating these foods on a regular basis and if not, then why?

Was this recorded by chance?
I want to show you successful fat loss.
You guys, I'm getting married in 31 days! My fiancée and I are doing a 31-day mini-cut to prepare for the big day! If I held a live case study showing how I personally built my fiancées 31-day nutrition and training program, would anyone be interested in attending? This live case study would explain how I: establish realistic goals with realistic timelines, build nutrition and training plans based off of metabolic health, and hold clients accountable ensuring success. Essentially, it is me spilling my coaching process for free😂 Drop a comment and like below and I’ll reach out with more details⬇️

I'll have to catch the replay. The hubs and I took a long weekend, much needed getaway
Meal prepping
Meal prepping and measuring is easy when the foods are separated. Protein/carb/fat What confuses the heck out of me is when meals are made and things get combined - zucchini lasagna. I've dabbled in macro counting but this is when it gets complex. And with a family of boys who are all meat and potato guys, it's just hard. Send help. Meal prep all my meals for me 🤣🤣🤣

Just meal prep and calculate all my meals Michael 🤣🤣🤣 Yes, this is easy as you lay it out. In the end, I suppose when everyone is literally dying of hunger the minute they walk through the door all the calculating goes out the door. That is the honest answer. And in a home where I can have something planned changes in the blink of an eye, this is reality that meals and good decisions go on the back burner for those changes. This doesn't bother me though, because I know that 80-85% of the time, my food choices are healthy. I do more balanced plate method vs measuring and calculating
I need a big favor…
The feedback to this poll is massively important and your participation would mean the world to me… I have a question… What is the MOST important thing to focus on when attempting to lose body fat?
