Einstein's Insights on Achieving Success
Einstein and Dr. Peter Drucker are among my heroes. They both have extraordinary minds and have contributed to the world. Enjoy this little piece of wisdom! Albert Einstein, renowned for his groundbreaking scientific theories, also had some profound insights that are not just limited to the realm of science but can be applied to the business world. While he may not have been a businessman, his unique perspective and wisdom offer valuable lessons for entrepreneurs and business leaders seeking success. Let's explore some of Einstein's thoughts and how they can enlighten and empower us to achieve business success. 1. Curiosity and Continuous Learning Einstein's famous quote, "I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious," Underscores the importance of a curious mindset and continuous learning. This mindset is not just for scientists but also business leaders. Staying curious about your industry, market trends, and customers' needs is crucial in business. Continuous education fosters innovation, adaptability, and a competitive edge. 2. Perseverance in the Face of Failure Einstein's advice, "Failure is success in progress," Is particularly relevant in the business world, where failure is often a stepping stone to success. Successful entrepreneurs embrace failure as a learning opportunity, persevere through obstacles, and maintain a resilient attitude. This is not just a philosophical idea but a practical approach to business. 3. Creative Problem Solving Einstein's approach to problem-solving was rooted in creativity and unconventional thinking. He believed that "imagination is more important than knowledge." In business, the ability to think creatively and approach problems from different angles is not only invaluable but can also encourage and stimulate you. Encouraging out-of-the-box thinking within your organization can lead to breakthrough ideas and innovative solutions. 4. Focus and Priorities Einstein understood the importance of focus and setting clear priorities. He advised, "Strive not to be a success, but rather to be of value." In the fast-paced business world, it's easy to get distracted by short-term goals and metrics. However, successful businesses prioritize creating value for their customers, employees, and society. Staying focused on your core mission and values is essential for long-term success.

The point of "1. Curiosity and Continuous Learning" resonates with me. With the fast pace of the current world, once you stop learning, you are left behind as everyone else is running. AI will replace a lot of jobs in the next decades. We all need to stand in this side to "instruct" AI to fulfill. Success comes with different shapes and forms. The definition of success is different with everyone. I want to bring more millionaires in the world. Being successful means creating success on other people...
Your Success Formula Is.....?
Greetings to all! July was quite a ride, and now we are jumping into August with both feet. Over the last month, I have been working on the premise that all successful businesses have a simple but bulletproof formula unique to that business or entrepreneur. However, there is one thing that every business "must do to have" as part of that formula to accelerate growth and sustainable success. Before I share additional thoughts and findings, what does your formula look like, and can you guess the "must-do to have" component to amplify your success? I look forward to your insights! Thanks for being part of this group!

To me, mindset is everything. If you don't even think that you will be successful, it will NEVER happen. Being success takes lots of raw effort and having a strong mindset is one of the most powerful tools we can use.
Money Monday!
Hey Mavriks! Checking it to see where you all are on your business journey? Please share what's happening in your world and so we can help you along the way! Also, please invite your friends and colleagues to join the group! We are going to start kicking things up a notch! Finally, while everyone is in a different stage with their business your input on taking this group to the next level would be great.

Here is a bit from me: I am in the field managing the commercial properties. 1). Signed a new tenant who will stay in one of the group homes. She wants to stay there long term. We will see. There are many more rooms to go... 2). Hired a trash removal company who will do the trash removal on Wed. Nasty tenants. We lost $$$ with them. 3). Lined up few appointments when I am in town including agencies and contractors. 4). Talked to an experienced local operator and he pinpointed several key factors why my rental is sitting. 5). I am getting ready to start my own free Skool group. Running a business is a lot of grinding and it is all about taking small continuous improvement. That's why my new company is named "Kaizen Wealth Solutions". It is a solution for our clients to gradually accumulate wealth in a tax-exempt bucket. I have a vision of a fancy calculator/projection on family wealth using AI/VBA (Don't ask me to do it)...Don't give out 40%+ back to Uncle Sam from our hard earn money!

@Will Gregg Life put me here and I can only propel forward. Sorry just saw your reply above.
Skool Vs GHL Communities
I need to start a community, possibly more than one. Have tried the Facebook Groups and didn't get the results I wanted. I really like Skool and think there is plenty of opportunity. I like how easy it is and Love the Leaderboard and Gamification aspect. I know GHL Communities are based off Skool features and they are getting better and better. The biggest advantage I see Skool has is two thing: - The ability as a member to jump from group to group all within the Skool platform. I can jump into Franks groups, jump over here with @Will Gregg , jump over to @Matt C. Milne or any other group, or into the Skool Games. And all notifications in the same red dot above. - The ability as a Group Owner to network in other groups, and thus connect with like minded people and then those people join your group GHL Communities lack this, and that is a big factor to not go over to GHL. Skool also show up in Google Search, I don't thing GHL communities are there. Let's have a discussion on pros and cons and ideas between the two :)

I am debating the exact same. Love to hear more insights. I saw two people I followed recently closed their skool community and moved to their own GHL community.
Art of Simplicity: Stop OVER THINKING!
In a recent post, my friend and coach Matt Milne gave me this idea, and I thought it was worth repeating and going a little deeper. As an entrepreneur, it's easy to overthink every aspect of your business. From the initial design phases to the day-to-day operations and growth strategies, the desire for perfection can lead to analysis paralysis. However, the key to success often lies in embracing simplicity and avoiding the pitfalls of overthinking. Here are a few things to consider to help you get quicker and move the needle forward faster. -Streamline Your Thinking Process When growing your business, focus on the essentials. Instead of getting caught up in every minute detail, prioritize the core elements that will make your business unique and valuable to your target audience. Ask yourself: 1. What problem does my business solve? 2. What sets my business apart from competitors? 3. What are the most crucial features or services I must offer? Concentrating on these fundamental aspects can create a lean, effective business that is easy to understand and execute. -Embrace the Flaws and Iterate (Small Steps) Perfectionism can be the enemy of progress. Rather than waiting for everything to be flawless before launching your business or introducing new products or services, embrace the concept of iteration. Start with a minimum viable product (MVP) and continuously improve based on customer feedback and market demands, especially in online marketing. There is way too much overthinking in this area. Remember, your business will evolve, and mistakes are okay. The key is to learn from those mistakes and adapt quickly. -Action Over Analysis While a solid plan is essential, don't let excessive analysis hinder your progress. Once you have a clear direction, take action. Small business success often comes from making informed decisions and learning from the outcomes. If you are getting bogged down in the details, set a deadline for making a decision and stick to it. Trust your instincts and the information you have gathered, and confidently move forward.

@Will Gregg I live in a small town called Fort Mill. It is in SC but on the boarder. Driving about 5min, I am in Charlotte, NC. No it is not harder to build the 2nd business. I conquered a LOT the last 8 years. All obstacles will make us stronger. At least for me, I missed the Internet opportunity in the 2000s. Then I missed the one being a YouTuber. I remember the days when Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter just started. Now I don't want to miss the opportunity of AI. The time is right. I want to learn everything AI related and free up our time to do what is meaningful...Life is short
