Hey everyone! Sorry I have not been posting. I spent the last month in the hospital battling some health issues, and I am so grateful to be back home and healing! My family is legit superstars and I have encountered God's love for us through them more than I could ever imagine. I realized God does a lot of powerful things through His people, and I am so blessed to be surrounded by amazing human beings! I want to grow this community so that we can all grow together, and I would love any feedback or suggestions on what we could do! I hope everyone has a great week!

What does everyone do in the morning to set themselves up for the day? The best mornings I have include the following. 1. No phone hours before prior night of sleep 💤 2. Early wake up time (5am-6am) ⏰ 3. 2:00 Cold Plunge @40-45 Degrees Fahrenheit 💧 4. Coffee Atleast 90 minutes after waking up ☕️ 5. No phone for first few hours of morning! 📱 ❌ 6. Journal / read Bible while drinking coffee 📖 7. 10 min walk after reading 🚶🏼‍♂️ What’s the secret for you?

Hey everyone! I just wanted to share a few things that I have been feeling extremely grateful for recently. 1. The support and love from my family. ❤️ - It seems like anytime I am going through something and I need people to lean on, they are there. I am so thankful for my family. 2. The Power of Prayer🙏 - The power of Prayer has been crazy recently! I have been praying for certain things everyday since the beginning of the year and so many of those are being answered! 3. The Power of Modern Medicine 🧬 - Anytime I go through health issues, I am so thankful for modern medicine and the healing that it provides. During this season of your life, is there anything that you are feeling especially grateful for?⬇️

One of my best friends who is a pastor said that God's grace provides two beautiful things: 1. Undeserved favor 2. Divine Empowerment I used to think about "God's Grace" as a synonym for His "mercy", but His grace also comes with divine empowerment. We have received the greatest gift given by our loving Creator, and He calls us to now live in complete righteousness through Jesus! We have dominion over the earth! What does "God's Grace" mean to you?
