how i stay productive even with a 9 to 5
If you're struggling to put out a video because you work a full time job, don't worry I got you. I have been In the exact same place. Learning YouTube and posting on YouTube takes a lot of time and effort. It's understandable to be frustrated. Here is what helped me ✅1. Schedule different time slots for LEARNING about YouTube vs IMPLEMENTING what you've learned. a lot of time I sit down to do something and fine myself "learning" a.k.a watching YouTube video about the thing instead of doing it. I lie to myself and say that it's productive because i'm learning. it's not what you said you were going to accomplish today so it's not productive. now I decide beforehand if this is a work session or a study session and I stick to it. If i'm working on my thumbnails i'm not allowed to start learning from a tutorial until my next scheduled learning session. ✅ 2. split task up according to the following: 1. writing hook and outline and title 2. thumbnail and packaging and title I decide on packaging and hook and outline before you I film 3 film 4 edit 5 posts I split all my work session according to these categories. this way no matter what day of the week it is. I know what I need to be working on based on where I am in the sequence. Then I just don't allow myself to do any other part of the process until i have completed that step This way if I only have an hour in the day, I have more clarity on what I should be doing and that usually helps me get the ball rolling. This is what is working for me right now I know I am still learning and my method might change as I get better at this, but this is what helps me right now. But I want to hear from you. What is working for you and what systems have you made to make yourself more productive in YouTube video creation? P.S. I'm an open book please feel free to DM me any and all questions you have.

@Norman Zizoff thanks
are you doing the work?
It's Wednesday my dudes Have you done what you said you were going to do at the beginning of the week? Why not? What is Stopping You. I'll go first. I got 2 YouTube videos out Sunday and Monday but didn't make one Tuesday even though is said I would. I was really tired and started acting like my old self, who would doom scroll instead of work. Getting myself back on track today. I have actually done pretty well this week over all. Posting a lot in groups and adding value. I got a few new members in my group. so that's growing slowly but surely. I know I can do more so i'm going to keep pushing. What have you done this week? and what are you going to do better?

@Norman Zizoff I hope you and your family are safe
filming
So i know a lot of us film on our phones for convenience. maybe you use a ring light or a window either is fine I just a had a few ideas about that. 1. use a desk lamp and shine it on the wall behind to create some easy depth to your video. 2. use the 4k camera on your camera or the highest quality camera you have. but you might say: how will i know if i'm centered in the shot if i can't see the screen? Two ways you can actually zoom out or place the phone further away from yourself so that the shot is wider and you are likely to be out of frame. still always take some text footage two you can put a mirror behind you phone so you can look over your phone to quickly see if your centered before you film. These are all things i take for granted but i realized some of you might find it helpful so i figured it would be fun to share and get some of your ideas as well but tell me. What is your current youtube set up and how is it working for you?

@Norman Zizoff exactly. There a no excuses anymore
what are your limiting beliefs
lets help each other out and share our limiting beliefs in the comments i'll go first I thought no one would benefit from what I had to say because I didn't have lots of followers yet. of course proof is important but people have been really receptive to my ideas and what I bring to the table. Makes me think that I am ready to start and that I can do this. What about you?
