Hey everyone, After consulting with Artem, I’ve started working on my first homework assignment: - Creating a list of 10 competitors who offer IT services for small businesses in the UK - For each competitor, I’m analyzing their ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and the actual profiles of their current clients. I’m really enjoying this exercise! It’s giving me valuable insights into the services my competitors offer, the types of clients they target, and what their existing customers are saying about them in reviews.
