@Sheri Snaychuk great questions! Running (and other forms of cardio) are still definitely a weight loss strategy for sure. My point is that it shouldnโt be your one and only go-to for fat loss goals. Gotta make sure you are also sending signals to your body to build/hold on to muscle mass (resistance training and eating enough protein etc). That way your weight loss is mostly FAT loss.
