I have worked with several lead companies in the past, my record was 1/10 leads to close. Update on the month of July, fix and flip rehab done in 3 weeks, listed and sold in 2 weeks with a 1 week escrow, 6 wholesale contracts, 1 novation contract, 1 short sale contract getting referral fee, and REO offer made to bank for another fix and flip across the street from my own house. 3 contracts sent for Overages. And after all of that, still have a day job working as a manager for TurboTax and doing webinars and live zoom sessions teaching the secrets of the rich, on how to structure your business so you don’t give your hard earned money away to Uncle Sam.
