The Benefits of Environment
As I prepare to make a move back to London I’ve been speaking with 2 very successful guys regarding the importance of environment. A personal friend of mine and a member of 1MInternational, we were having a discussion about our new apartments in London. We both agreed the cost was ridiculous and London is extremely expensive. However… We also both agreed that it would be worth every penny. Why? Because of 1 single factor that seems to appear time and time again in success stories. That is: Environment! I have worked in shitholes and I have worked in all singing all dancing every facility required places and I work about 50% harder in the nice places. My friend said the same thing and described how a friend reached £300k per month when he moved to an expensive house in Fulham. I remember a guy on social media worth £100m who claimed he got rich after leasing a Ferrari because it changed his mindset and enabled him to land massive deals in property from simply turning up and looking the part. Am I telling you guys to go and spend millions you don’t currently have? Of course not. But it’s food for thought on your current situation. Are you demotivated/lost or are you simply surrounded by negativity and living in an environment that’s holding you back facilities wise? My other friend who lives in London and drives a Ferrari California, swears that spending £8k per month on his lifestyle earns him £50k per month. He said to me, without the apartment, office, car and clothes no one would do business with him. He recently landed a massive deal because another Ferrari owner got speaking with him over the colour of his Ferrari. One thing led to another and now he has an Apple deal for AI with housing. An old boss of mine - worth £8m once said “everything's perception Kris, everyone looks like the real deal online” as disingenuous as this has become in the modern era, I can vouch for this. I have had money for 4 years now, I’ve never really flaunted it and always reinvested into my company.

Really nice post. At what financial point should you focus on framing instead of investing?
Here is what I have learned from 1stman in the last 3 years....
Women's Peak is Guaranteed, but Men's Peak is not. 70%+ men after the age of 30 are unhappy. Men Grow up and they find out shit I want these clothes, this house and I wanna Travel that Country. But as they are in their 30s they go through midlife crises. Men have only two weapons that they need to master and that's paitence and discipline. Every man is going to be rich one day. Don't panic, Don't rush the process----Embrace it! You think smoking weed and doing cocaine are the best shit to get high. Try Optimism (The best drug I have personally tried) Don't worry about women's attention. Men are so lucky that they are able to attract a beautiful woman at every single stage of their lives. Avoid the shit party lifestyle and focus on your big goal. If all the guys around your age are making millions don't get mentally fucked. You'll be there in the next 5 years. Men who think in decades are the most dangerous. Get inspired form movies and think for the whole week, "am I gonna get that level? How? The answer is in the work that You are avoiding." Enjoy the journey to your male advantage. Play the long game baby. If you get tired don't quit just take a break. (Breaks are better than quitting.) Men who play well enough are old enough. So you can achieve male advantage earlier in life. Just play the long-term game and play it well enough. (sports) Try and Fail early in life. Remember, a 60-year-old businessman has three times more chances of success in business than those in their 30s or 40s. Men who are good at their jobs will be better entrepreneurs. Remember the great male filter. Don't fuck your life on a job. A job is not your purpose your purpose is big. Men with high values play the long game. Focus on your values and have rules in your life. Rules you won't break. There is no tomorrow. Tomorrow is not guaranteed, All you have got is today. (Improve yourself Today) Find your reason to wake up in the morning guys. This Gen Z, They don't know who and need father figures, They haven't figured out how to make money. So, They seek father figures to tell them What to dO.

Very formidable summary. I would add the calendar effect, crossing the chasm and that sports/netflix keeps you in a child like state. These three lines hit me the most: „Women's Peak is Guaranteed, but Men's Peak is not“ „Men have only two weapons that they need to master and that's patience and discipline.“ „Get inspired form movies and think for the whole week, "am I gonna get that level? How? The answer is in the work that You are avoiding“

@Safeer Haider No need to apologise. I really like your post. But the calendar effect just states that some people say I am going to wait for New Year’s Eve to push hard, and get my goals, instead of doing it right now. It also critiques the approach that many people have with sometimes working at unusual times.
Bodylanguage
I am currently in the process of watching every single Body Language video of 1st Man and what I soon realised is that not being reactive is one of the key lessons to body language. My problem is that i am very reactive but in a positive way for example when something falls down i am able to catch it instinctively. Also I think it's always good to be a little paranoid (like the book "only the paranoids survive"). Now I also want to have dominant body language but i don't think i could let an enemy or any potential danger near me like it's shown in this video from Kris (https://youtu.be/a8qkGcTjjjQ?si=zuSPZGnWrJf8rHpU). Any Advice on how to balance the two correctly.

@Aleks Fidurski it’s how you react to people nearby, and if you should stay calm when enemies or potential danger is near you. I put this into bodylabguage because 1st Man titled it so

@Vinayaka Nataraj That sounds like a good approach

University or All In
I just watched this brilliant Video of 1stman (https://youtu.be/tYOig6ZEYJ8?si=SikRchCneDd3_OBZ) applying the principal of crossing the chasm to male life. Now I (17 years old, 1,5 years until I finish school) ask myself sincerely do I really want to go to uni and waste another 3 years of my life to have a guaranteed slightly above average paying job, or should I go all in on Business. I really can't decide. If I go the university route I would probably study economics, and I would be 21 when I finish but I think I will be living the average life of everybody else even if i don't do partying, drinking, dating nights, watching netflix and sports, getting a mortgage and a car on finance, I feel that, this decision could put me behind the ideal timeline to cross the chasm and reach the male advantage. I live in Germany so there aren't any major University costs. My goal is a life of freedom and enjoyment in my work, and a life that's similar to the James Bond Lifestyle. I would appreciate any advice, thanks for reading.
