Day 21 reflection, gym, food
Reflection done, hit the gym today made a funny video, food forgot to take pics, breakfast- was sourdough bagel with 3 eggs, cheese and chipotle aioli. Supper- rice, left over rotisserie chicken, shrimp, sautéd veggies. Snack- 4 pickles, some high protein desserts I baked a week ago Water 3lt
