Hi, Just a quick question when prepping foods. When adding foods to my fitness pal, is there a massive difference between cooked and uncooked. Any advice for putting meal prep items such as a Sheppard's pie in?
Back to morning sessions first thing this week and loving them team. If work or life is busy there is literally no better time. Get up 30 mins earlier if you have to. It will set you up for a great day trust me ππ»
Do you eat before morning sessions. I find that I can't do them with an empty stomach. But eating that early in the morning leaves me fewer calories. For me, I'd prefer to leave meals until later in the day so Im not too hungry in the evening
