Hello all, My name is Kailan and this group being created couldn’t have come at a better time. Platforms like this are uncomfortable for me but I’m thankful for accountability as well. I have 2 little boys, Ryker and Rhett, they keep me on my toes all the time. My why… My first why would be my boys. I want them to learn at a young age what various nutrition choices will to do their bodies long term. I want them to see what consistency can do for them as well. And obviously, I want to be able to chase them and play with them with as much energy as they have. My second why would be the girls I coach. I’m at a new school and the culture needs to change in order for long term success to be attainable. Discipline is going to be the priority and I want to be the first to exemplify that for them rather than just being a demander. My last why is myself. I’m learning that it’s ok to make myself the priority at times. That I need to make my own health a priority and say no to some things I would normally say yes to out of care for others above myself.
