I’m a health & fitness coach who sees the immense value in AI. I attended your TONIC workshop with Jen in the spring. It was packed full of tools and strategies (and you were sick with a bad cold but still knocked it out of the park). I’m opening SKOOL communities this month focused on health & fitness for accomplished professionals. Our communities solve the issues of people who are dedicated to their biz but who aren’t optimally healthy. Without great health, entrepreneurs put their businesses at risk. I wanna learn all the best ways to use AI so we can reach more leads and support more clients. I’m sure your expertise will be a huuuuuge help in our work.

@Lauren deVane ha! Yeeesss! Kate was my coach in 2016 so I know her well. And, I got 2 of my coaching certs from her org (Precision Nutrition). She’s sooo great. I’m sure you two hit it off 🏆🏆 My biz partner is 38 and I’m 67 so we cover all the bases. He and I have figured out how to fuse the outcomes of 1:1 training with the fun of groups— all online from wherever our clients are as long as they have equipment. And they 💖💖 networking with other accomplished professionals who are also working on health n fitness. One of the things I experienced and that I see in so many ppl who are crushing it in biz💰🚀💰🚀 are that they don’t keep up with their fitness and it becomes a train wreck, especially over 40. Dad-bods, mom-bods, the pooch, the low energy. . . And did I mention the aches n pains 😉? It’s a total cluster fuck. So we’re out to change that. LFG! 🔥🔥 It’s a jungle out there- so we started JUNGLE. It’s the first of our communities. And PS, I think of you a lot bc I’m using the GPT you shared with me 💯💯
