What is your biggest challenge when it comes to sticking to a fully raw diet?
I am working on a big surprise for you all that will be launching on 1.1.2025 🤩 And for that I would be super curious to hear your struggles with implementing a fully raw or high raw vegan diet. We all have them, I have them, too. Not to say that raw is law. However I love giving my body a little rest from heavier cooked foods regularly for a couple of days. It feels soooo good. I wish every person on the planet could experience the feeling you get when you eat fully raw just for a few days 🧡🔥🌞 So if you want, close your eyes for a moment. Take a few deep breath into your nose and out the mouth. Feel the surface your sitting on. And ask yourself.... What is my biggest challenge when it comes to implementing a fully raw vegan diet? And then share with us down below 👇🥰

For me, it's knowing the "right amount" to eat. And as someone else has said, winter (ie COLD) eating... I don't like to feel cold and I realize I can put more clothes on... I wore a jacket in my office all summer while everyone else wore tank tops and complained about the temperature.
Buckwheat: how to prepare, eat
Julia - I saw what I think is a recent video. You spoke about weight training. You mentioned buckwheat. Will you share how you prepare and eat it?

HIIT workouts and increased cortisol
"These things cause cortisol levels to rise: Cortisol may increase appetite and signal the body to shift metabolism to store fat: - HIIT - Workouts..." Uh oh! This is what I've been doing for weeks!!! I was told that promoted fat loss. What do I do instead?

@Julia Sana I def need to learn what the "right amount " is for me! I paid a coach last winter. For 24 weeks. I lost some weight initially but then tapered off. At one point, I asked him if he thought I was taking in too many calories. He didn't think so until week 22. When he suggested I drop my calories from 21-2200 to 1400!!!!! I told him he was crazy! I can see redu ING by 200

(Man! I could NOT fix that sentence to save my life!!) Reducing by 200 calories per day for a week or so, then dropping again... but yo say he wanted me to go from 2100 to 1400? I fired him.
I want to know what your biggest roadblock is 👀

I need to go back to somewhere because I've not seen those. No clue where/how to find them

@Julia Sana With a new format, I'm just confused as to where you go and what I've already done and seen. I found the course, however, and am working my way through it. Thank you
