Hi all! I’m new, but wanted to share—I've been struggling with reaching out to leads "fast". I know that in general, you improve client retention a LOT by calling them ASAP once they fill out a Lead form. I'm not always available, and sometimes the time zones are off, so I whiped up an automation in make.com that sends the client a custom email right away. I used chatGPT to make it personalized. I think it helps. The workflow: 1. Triggers when a lead comes in 2. Wait 2 min 3. Sends a personalized email to the customer 4. Sends me a Slack notif, so I have a list to call once I’m available. Thought someone else could make use of this as well. You can import the blueprint. Make.com base plan is free btw. ChatGpt API does need tokens though (super cheap).
