Tired of living in fear
Days are getting so much harder I’ve been having a tea for a while now and I’ve just been so scared to take it and I don’t know why I’m scared I’m just I guess I was just scared because I seen that the body goes through it detox and that scared me away from it I’ve never took Any medicine for my anxiety I’ve been dealing with anxiety since 2020 since Covid started and I’m just miserable I’m tired of feeling like this I’m tired of crying I’m tired of being stuck in my house I’ve been stuck in my house since 2020 I’m afraid to go outside I’m afraid to live live I’m panicking about everything I’m just here to ask if tea really works my back isn’t against the wall and I’m ready I don’t wanna be scared no more

Don’t prolong it drink it but also remember your conscious also helps in making you feel better I struggle with this I would say oh this isn’t going to help and then because I would go into it with that negative energy of things I would feel as if it wasn’t helping my without sincerely giving my body a chance to get used to it and here I am drinking my tea every morning and every night and feeling better ✨🫶🏼 You got this and even when you feel like you don’t we’re rooting for you 🥰

@Deja Moore I’m glad it helped you today overthinking will definitely get the best of us and sometimes it’s sooo hard to just trust and let happen I suffer from this tremendously and it’s something I work on daily living in the present is hard sometimes especially with all of our daily struggles, social media and unfortunately how the world is today , hang in there and don’t forget to breathe smile and just let things happen 🫶🏼✨

9 Character Traits That Lead to Anxiety
Are you causing and/or prolonging your own Anxiety just by BEING YOURSELF? This is an adult convo so buckle up and leave your ego at the door if you want to change your life! I recorded a new mini-course that will be releasing to everyone in Level 2 tomorrow. It's called '9 Character Traits That Lead to Anxiety'. You may identify with more than one of these character traits - some are closely similar but have important differences. The fact is, Anxiety is a chain reaction originating from STRESS - physical stress (poor nutrition, mineral deficiencies, acidity, etc) and mental stress (negative thoughts, feelings & emotions). From a glance I already see 3 types of traits that I am I was probably even more than that in the beginning of my healing journey but becoming self aware really helps you identify areas you need help in and that’s okay!! after all you can’t help yourself if you aren’t aware of yourself I can’t wait for tomorrow!! 🫶🏼

I must say i don’t know if im the only one but it feels good to know I am not alone in this crazy world of suffering from anxiety , a lot of the times i feel like your symptoms feel worse and harder to handle because we at least I tend to think im the only one going through it, im grateful to have found a community that not only gets it but also to support one another to overcome it ✨🥰 Have a great day to all and remember you are okay 🫶🏼
