I wanted to share photographs of our recent flip. We did the renovation in 14 days and currently have it listed for sale. We encountered a few challenges during this flip such as a leak coming from the Unit above. The leak was due to a failed seal around the toilet. Luckily there was only some ceiling damage and we were able to perform quick restoration work.

When looking for a house to flip, what are some things to keep an eye out for? Do you need look at the lower end/beat down houses in an area or is there a market for houses that only need a few things redone in order to sell it for a good profit? I am referring to the lower mainland area. Also, if any one has an opinion on new construction vs. flipping
