C 300 ✔ pushed myself today with runs and pullups and lunges in between . Journal ✔ Nutrition ✔ Didn't get much pics . Had leftover cabbage soup for brunch and steak eggs and Greek salad for dinner , with a piece of homemade banana bread (local honey no sugar) and apple and nuts for dessert . Cold shower after my workout and took the dogs for a good run today too. Theres a pow wow in sylvan lake and during my workout I had 4 native American kids from New Mexico and Arizona in traditional clothes and face paint call me thor and cheer me on during my workout and ask for pics together and when I was finished they were so happy to bring me their last piece of pizza. It honestly Made my day. I ate the pizza too .. 🤘❤

Day 12 V300 Journal Dinner (cabbage soup 😋) Work cold today i underdressed and crashed when I got home. woke up at 9 then cooked dinner and got everything done late again but still on it 🤘❤

V300 ✔ Journal ✔ Long work day ✔ Still crushing it ✔ Nutrition ✔ Grateful ✔ Habits ✔ Today was a good day, built a deck, had a good day , client bought first dinner (spicy winton soup ) then home cooked pasta , homemade sauce and chicken shrimp for me & my dogs. They eat well. Worked super late, still buzzed through my v 300 and just finished my journal. Night crew🌙 🌔 🌖 🌛.
