Ready to go as fast as I can learn!
I thought I'd share a little more about what brought me here. I started my business originally expecting to do all Mid-Term corporate rentals (1 month or more) with an arbitrage model-believing they would be safer and easier. While I do believe that can work well, what I encountered was too much vacancy, and that led to a year of barely getting by and not making enough profit. At this point I don't have much $ to work with...but have furniture for 2-4 units! So Richie's teaching is highly relevant for me because of being able to start this method with less down up front, (he is right about single family homes/vs. apartments!) and also his experience and with his "Front Desk" systems to get the STR model going and running with a "hands-off" approach is very appealing. I will be able to manage this way no matter where I live. I hope to copy his model and grow my portfolio to include properties all over the country-so excited to learn and grow! My speed in getting the ball rolling will be be based on how fast I can learn this stuff and find a local market that will work for me...with all this furniture I now have!
