@Galen Gonzalez Hey Galen, I would like to start out 10-20 door units. I would prefer to have professionally managed, especially if out of state. I am not looking in Colorado per se. Colorado is becoming bad for landlords with a lot of bad bills trying to work their way through the house and senate here. I would have to partner on deals over a $1million but can self sponsor lower than that for the most part. Ultimately though I want to go big 1000-2000 doors in a few years. Depending on the market.
