Appreciation Post to Preston
In today's world where everything has a price tag, I simply want to express my gratitude to Preston and his team for establishing this community, which offers invaluable learning opportunities free of charge. For individuals like us who are keen on self-improvement but constrained by tight budgets, your initiative provides a lifeline, allowing us to access knowledge and resources that would otherwise be out of reach due to the cost of enrollment in expensive classes. Thank you for your generosity and dedication to empowering learners from all walks of life Preston!

Thanks for sharing these Preston!
THE STORYTELLING FORMULA
The 3-step formula to speak so that people will want to listen. I believe that the key is to answer questions in the form of stories. And to this, it helps to follow a storytelling framework, accentuating the problem for your audience before teeing up the solution. I give an example in a work scenario that you can adapt for yourself in this video. What do you all think of this framework? What questions do you have?

Here are my top 3 struggles related to speaking. 1. Grammar- English is not my first language so I'm struggling to construct my sentence "verbally" resulting to poor delivery of information. For example when having a conversation with my boss it takes time to say what I want to say because I am still translating it in my mind the words or phrases I want to say.😓 2. Storytelling- this is one my weaknesses that I am aware of, I usually say what I want directly without storytelling. Well in some cases, relaying information directly would be appropriate but I would like to strike a balance between the two. 3. Body language- I would like to learn the "appropriate" gestures while speaking to add confidence. These are my top 3 struggles right now related to speaking that I would like to improve in this community. 🤞
