Content consistency
For the past 5 years, I have posted multiple times a day on social media - It's the biggest reason I've grown from 11,000 connections on Linkedin (built during my 5 years as a recruiter) to almost 1 million followers. I realize that this is probably overkill depending on your goals for most people, but I'd love to get an idea of how often you're posting. My general rule is the more content the better...

I try and post twice a week. One is regarding the Atlanta Recruiter Community meetup I coordinate, and another is a tip for people on their job search. I'm running into a road block now of recycling old content, but I think if I broke down some past posts that were dense into smaller bite size tips, I can repurpose some of them. I also notice the job search tips get way more traffic than the ones I post about the Atlanta Recruiter Community meetup
