Content consistency
For the past 5 years, I have posted multiple times a day on social media -
It's the biggest reason I've grown from 11,000 connections on Linkedin (built during my 5 years as a recruiter) to almost 1 million followers.
I realize that this is probably overkill depending on your goals for most people, but I'd love to get an idea of how often you're posting.
My general rule is the more content the better...
