🫠 🩵 Started the challenge late, but keeping pace! How about you?

Hey fam! Lauren from Nova Scotia, Canada here! Just tapped in and turned on ⭐️day one⭐️ of the challenge! (Better late than never, right?) SO HAPPY TO HAVE DISCOVERED THIS ONLINE COMMUNITY, and super excited to say that I am signed up for The Next Level Yoga Community’s upcoming retreat to Peru! 🇵🇪 🧘🏻‍♀️ 🦙 I have been practicing yoga since 2012, after awkwardly stumbling into a Moksha Yoga studio to find out what those big sweaty windows were about…. and I knew immediately that I had accidentally-on-purpose discovered something F A N T A S T I C. I promised myself I would find a way to ‘deepen my practice’ and made it a personal goal to somehow, someway complete a destination retreat-style 200hr YTT before turning 40. I had no idea how I would be able to accomplish this, but low and behold I manifested the heck out of that dream and made it happen last year in beautiful Nicaragua! These days I am committed to my yoga practice not only for the physical aspects, but also the myriad of mental health benefits. Life can be chaotic and hard AF sometimes, but learning how to quiet my mind, cultivate some inner calm and then carry that outward into the world has been a game changer.
