Challenge update
The whole time I was in SF for a conference, I was able to average 2mi a day. I didn't manage to do more despite wanting to workout. But the walking counts, right?! Sigh.

Coming up on the halfway point! Today I'm solo parenting cause the wife is working all day. We started the day with a 30-minute walk and I did some bodyweight exercises before lunch πŸ’ͺ🏽 Who's moving today?

Day 9: Action Goals vs Results Goals
A lot of people want to gain muscle or lose fat... Both are long term goals that take time Their also results based. What action based goals do you have for yourself? An action goal is something in your control. Like going to bed earlier, drinking more water or taking 7500 steps Action Goals often lead to our results goal My goal everyday is to move. Today it'll be a 30-minute walk with the kids and then a 30-minute walk with the dog after the kids go to bed Whats your actions based goals?
