I'm down 5 pounds so far. I find it very helpful to do intermittent fasting. I only eat in between 10 AM and 6 PM, and I focus on lean protein and vegetables, and cut out starchy carbs and desserts other than fruit.

I would add that people should reduce or eliminate starchy empty carbs--not just corn but also potatoes, pasta and bread. Most people don't know that bread has a higher glycemic index than sugar. Complex carbs in other veges are better.
