Dotcross examples
Does anyone have examples or layouts of how they are currently using the Dot Cross planners (i.e. the ones with dates?). Thanks!

Here’s how I use mine, the monthly calendar just has bills and major things like birthdays. I use the weekly side for more minor things, personal stuff and school work. And then the blank page is for tracking my water intake, anxiety levels and how much I’ve read.

Highlighter/Marker recommendations
Any recommendations for highlighters or markers that don’t smear or bleed thru? I’ve currently got sharpie highlighters but I want more color options and those ones tend to smear most pens I use.

@Dawn Kenny color doesn’t really matter, I normally do different color palettes every month. And I don’t have a preference on nib size either, cus I can use them for different stuff

Simple musing - are there more righthanded or lefthanded journalers?
I am lefthanded and have been really surprised at the amount of social media content in which I have noticed that the person creating the journal is also lefthanded, us being in the minority and all. Is it just a strange co-incidence that I have ended up watching/reading people who are left handed in this community? Just thought I'd ask if anyone else has noticed this or whether you care to share your own 'handedness'?

Right handed but a lot of people at my work are surprised when they find out I’m not left handed. I feel like I’ve read some things about left handed being related to the creative parts of the brain?

@Dawn Kenny some have said it’s because of my handwriting and others say it’s because I’m creative that they just assumed I was 🤷🏻

Log Book/Journal with Time Stamps
Does anyone else keep a journal with exact time stamps or am I the only one? Every day, I write down my everyday life. Sometimes I don't write for weeks, and then I have to go back and browse chats and photos to get the exact time, but a journal entry would look like this: 7:14 wake up 7:49 take out my dog 8:05 coffee at the dining table 8:20 sit at my desk, start writing emails ... all the way down to when I had lunch, when I watched a show, and when I went to bed. Please tell me I'm not the only one!

I’m a vibes kinda person who also believes that time is a construct that I don’t subscribe to. I tend to underestimate how long things will take me so planning to the minute doesn’t go well 😭

Dotted planner ideas
I just got the A5 undated dotted planner and was wanting to see how everyone uses the blank page that comes with each week. I’m for sure going to decorate it but would love to see functional ideas for it too!
