After listening to today’s lesson, I will cut to the chase and give you my one phrase—-peace of mind. This is my third challenge and third year for this regimen. I am in my last season. I have fulfilled the responsibilities of my previous seasons and am now designing a life on my own terms. I need the healthiest brain and body to do this. Near term, I need to recover from my injury and then return to a long term strategy to cure my insulin resistance and stay in ketosis for my brain health.
