A Win!
I've been a little MIA. Life is a bit wild right now. Even so, I haven't slowed down on trying to reach my health and fitness goals (which in itself is a win). I've had a goal to be able to do a mile in under 20 minutes. It's been like 10 years since I was able to do that. Today I reached that goal!!! I did a mile in 18:10!!! Now on to shooting for a 15 minute mile! Hope you all are doing well! Cheers!!

Shepherd's Pie
I'm working on doctoring up my current shepherd's pie recipe. Working on what to replace those mashed potatoes with. Last time I tried mashed cauliflower, it ended up pretty watery. Does anyone have ideas of other replacements? Or know how to keep mashed cauliflower from going watery?

Egg Abundance Never Felt so Good!
Hi Friends! 🌟 So we live on a mini homestead with my husband’s grandfather. He recently purchased 12 laying hens and I had one already. That’s 13 eggs a day! He has been asking and asking me to make custard. Today I finally did it. 32 eggs, cream, Madagascar vanilla, maple syrup, xyanthum gum, and chocolate protein powder! Protein packed, right? I don’t know what grandpa thinks yet, but with the kids it was a hit! 💖🌟💫 I have some kids losing weight, and gaining with our change of eating habits! Exciting! 🌟

Forgive and Cleanse 💖
Hi friends! 🌟 So I heard a little tip from our very Rachel Lynch… if you’ve ever heard of her… but she said Forgive is huge for parasites! 🦠 She must be right because I put forgive with potato slices (I was out of onions for the moment) on the bottom of my feet one night to cleanse. Between that and the amazing Frankincense capsules were the only changes I made that day. I won’t go into detail on the physical cleansing that occurred, but emotionally I feel my shield and self-validation with my inspired actions and just choices in general much stronger! 💪 Anyone down for trying it out and telling me how it goes? I am going on day 3 of my nightly routine rolling on the forgive!!! 💫 (no potatoes or onions, that was just day 1… though I’m thinking I should do another round, thoughts?) 💖

I know when I limit my time on my phone, I feel much happier. That's definitely something I can work on. I can find a book to read instead of chilling on my phone 😂
