Moving from client work to passive income
What is the general consensus about how many courses/ training you should have in your business? I see many people offering lots of different small investment products, but for someone who is only now starting out with courses - I've just created my first ever mini-course (I've been a done-for-you service provider for a long time) - is it a case of marketing the f*** out of that one thing until it reaches a certain revenue goal before making something else? Tbh I'm a Projector (in Human Design) and the thought of creating product after product gives me anxiety, I know for people like Generators can just create endlessly, but I feel that's not my modus operandi. Can people share their journey from creating their first course and what came after?

I've had years in my business where I only sold 1 offer, and I've had years where I sold 5 offers. There is no right or wrong, just seasons :) I think a really great low maintenance product suite would be 1 low ticket and 1 premium offer (either signature course OR high ticket). You get the best of both worlds there, while keeping it simple with just 2 things to sell and maintain

My brain has been mulling things over since, and on Tuesday I had plans to write out what was in my head... instead I sent an impromptu email to my list with a made up on the spot offer but using what I gad learnt... Help re. validation Webinar + course launch best practices
Hey gang. Some course provider advice please! I'm gearing up to launch a course validation live webinar and early bird course if it goes, seeking advice for when I should actually do this? I was thinking of Sat 16th Nov for live Webinar (because I'm working Weds & thursday evenings), then running 5 week early bird course on the saturdays throughout December till the week before xmas. My thinking was if it validates I could launch fully in Jan with testimonials and social proof... buuuut... Is this is a terrible idea?! Strikes me that while people might buy more in november / december, will they actually do so if it means turning up to a course on the december weekends? Or should I just push the webinar to closer to xmas and launch the course itself early Jan instead? And I guess a secondary question is therefore also how big of a gap is OK to leave between live webinar sales and course starting? Huge thanks for your help x

@Billy Cook I think Nov 16th for the pre-sale webinar is great, before thanksgiving and Black Friday but people are buying then! But I wouldn't deliver it live with live trainings on zoom, I don't think that's necessary and people don't need to show up live to learn. I would just record the modules on your own each week and "drop" them into the course in a drip schedule, then people can go through them at their own pace and not feel like they "missed" the live sessions. One thing you can do is collect submitted questions from people who buy before you record the modules so you address all their questions (I did this for Evergreen Every Day and it worked great!)
