Meditation & Self Inquiry Meeting Upcoming Session – Saturday, November 16th
Due to recent changes in my schedule, I won’t have any free Sundays until our next in-person Black Latifa retreat at Mandali. To accommodate, I’m holding a session this Saturday, November 16th at 18:00 CET. I understand this is short notice, but I hope some of you can join. The Green Latifa is the 3rd Lataif workshop I have taken part in with Emilio at Mandali. Each of them (the red, the white and now the green) have been different, with a distinct feeling, but all have been beautiful experiences. They have each had a transformational effect on my life and especially help me as a father of two young children, and in my work leading a team in a large multinational company. The Green Latifa guided me to confront and acknowledge old wounds that had yet to heal. Through the practice of presence, self-inquiry, compassion, and kindness, I was able to begin a journey of healing that allowed my true essence to emerge. Additionally, the connections formed with fellow participants were deeply meaningful. The shared vulnerability and the safe space created within the group allowed for genuine connection and understanding. I am immensely grateful to Emilio and all who participated for making this experience so powerful and memorable.
