Magnesium
A personal experience with magnesium, found that the best works with me, with the best absorption is lysinate glycinate, felt amazing, i tried ither types that usually comes with the ZMA, it was not the same, so far this combination doing magical recovery work, any opinion?

@Darian Bates is there a best time of day or any foods or supplements that should not be taken with magnesium?

For HIIT I โ€œlikeโ€ stair stepper or Assault Bike. For low intensity, I like a walk after meals.
Air Fryers - Yay or Nay?
At my house I have solar panels and I mostly use electricial appliances. My main appliances are slow/pressure cooker, oven, gas top stove and good ol trusty microwave. I do have a charcoal kettle bbq and I'm soon to eventually going to use my outdoor grill bbq as well come spring and summer time. Many have adapted to using an air fryer now and I'm curious to hear if you do have an air fryer is it worth it compared to other appliances when it comes to meal prep for efficiency and quality? Keen to hear your thoughts and experiences!

I also use my ninja air fryer daily. Not sure I could part with my rice cooker.
Caffeine - How do you get your fix?
This topic came up on a group chat and I thought it would be a good topic to discuss here too. Rarely do I encounter anyone who is completely off any form or some sort of caffeine. Whether that be a sugar free Monster Energy, Red Bull, instant coffee or your morning coffee run. Or maybe you just get your hit from a preworkout? How do you enjoy/take your caffeine?

I have found that if I start to get the jitters, I take Vitamin B1 (Thiamine).
