Powerful Impact!
Some may remember that I had a case close this time last year. My Client preferred to do this anonymously because of some very close ties that exist while a family member is still employed at the institution. So while the client nor I are mentioned the attached item tells the story of what we got accomplished. I think this is the first time in my 40 plus years that a case I helped create and close has been held out as an example for others to follow in print media.

Great work, Jonathan! Just reinforces the diverse amount of resources we have available for clients.
The cost of leaving families to "figure it out".
Many beneficiaries are forced to cover their loved one's final expenses by using a credit card or personal savings. In fact, more than 50% of families report going into debt after the death of a loved one. We have a way to set up a beneficiary liquidity plan that will give them access to funds in 24-48 hours and pay for their funeral home expenses vs waiting for death claims to be processed. And it's done by transferring money from the right pocket to the left pocket. Contact me for more information.

The obstacles will come. It's what you do with them that matters.
Who needs an estate plan?
Everybody needs an estate plan, whether or not you have lots of assets. An estate plan controls things that happen if you become disabled or die. If you don’t have an estate plan, or it’s improperly designed, your money can end up in the wrong people’s hands. For example, if your kid gets divorced, half of the money you left for them and your grandkids will most likely go to their ex-spouse. Or, if your kid is at fault in a serious car accident and is sued, all your money could go to the victim’s family. These terrible situations, and many others, can be avoided with a properly designed and implemented estate plan. Let's ask our clients and their families if they've completed or updated their plan recently.

Long Term Care needs
"If you've not allocated something for Long Term Care, you've allocated EVERYTHING for it." Consumer Affairs is a well-regarded 3rd party source of information the public can learn from. This article gives a good rundown of the latest LTC statistics while stressing that Medicaid will not be the answer for financially addressing LTC costs in the future. Please consider forwarding this to your clients aged 50+. https://ow.ly/i7zs50OOwoK
