Good day folks, I am seeking someone in AB to review a JV contract. The lawyer I have used for my real estate deals in AB has not gotten back to me and I am seeking an alternate contact. So far I been quoted at $445/hr to review the contract which I feel is too much (please correct me if I am wrong on this matter).
