How many of yall are still doing 75?
How many of yall are still in the program and what day are you on? Or what day did you fail on and what was it that you failed on? Don’t feel bad if you failed. I’d say the majority of the guys that started have. It’s not called 75 Hard for no reason haha Is there anyone that could use help with anything diet or exercise related? In here to help. Even if you just need someone to talk to. Feel free to dm me here or leave a comment!

I’ve got a friend that has a sprint group I want to meet up with for this Sunday meet up at 10AM at Bowie high school in south Austin. It will be men and women so feel free to bring along your significant other for this time around! Please let me know if you plan on attending. It will be a good time and a great workout.

Count Erica and I in for the workout 💪
What's your morning routine?
Drop your morning routine below. Mine is as follows... Wake up drink a glass of water to hydrate Make a cup of coffee or mud water, Go out on my back porch and read a page of my daily devotional put my bare feet on the ground "get grounded" pray/manifest/give gratitude for 15 ish minutes journal "not every day but as needed" make breakfast and then head to the gym. Does it always go exactly like this? No but the days that I do seem to go much better than the days that I don't. Make it your own, find what works best for you. Out of everything I would say the 15 minutes of Prayer/gratitude/manifestation, and moving your body is the most important of them all. Even if it is just a few push ups or squats DO SOMETHING. A great book on this you can read is called The Morning Miracle.

6:45am - wake up drink water and eat a banana - some days a little later depending how late Im up working 7:15am - Gym or walk 8:15am - breakfast 8:30am - Start working I've found that getting up around 6:30 and gym by 7 or getting some movement in by 7 is key to getting a good start to the day for me. I fell into the bad habit of waking up later and starting my day late then I always feel behind. 75 hard has really helped kick that habit

Daily Motivation - Conor McGregor Quote
“I have given everything, every ounce of my life to perfecting my craft and I continue to do so. In the process I have lost my mind to regular society, to people that wake up at 9 am and clock out at 5pm. THEY would say I lost my mind, but me, I’d say IVE FOUND IT!” - Conor Mcgregor I’m nowhere near where I want to be in life or my career. I’ve had someone tell me, Marshall why do you work so much why don’t you take a break. It’s because I’m addicted to the craft. Although I fall short I do my best to push through the down days. Hope each of you finds that craft, job, hobby you’re passionate about and pursues it with your entire life. Don’t let people get you down or tell you to take a break. They don’t understand. Keep kicking ass!
