I have Raynaud in my index and middle fingers only. Just recently my right thumb is starting to show the same signs as the two fingers mentioned above. The nail acts up on the thumb when i put white stuff into my body and makes it ache and hurt like the nail wants to escape from the finger. Yesterday they announced after church that there was going to be "I. C." available in cultural hall for everyone. I stuck my head in doorway only to see if my hubby was there - he was. But didn't want to see the stuff they were giving out. Then i walked down hallway and said out loud NO Sugar for me, some were eating this stuff in hallway, but all I could think about was my thumb. Then someone behind me said - What did she say? Then someone told her and she yelled and gave me the thumbs up and she was not participation either. I was surprised to find someone else that is quitting too. So this is my story and i am sticking to it.

I noticed today when I was sewing that I was able to reach into the box and pull out pin with my right hand. Normally I would have had to pick up pin with my left hand and give it to my right hand. I noticed too that I can type a little faster on the computer. and my finger tips don't hurt like they do sometimes. The only thing different that I am doing is eating strawberries, gave up wheat products.

Any vegan people there willing to share / show their meal fixes using the meal plan please. Any inspiration will be very welcome! Thank you in advance.
