I'm currently writing the about page for this community and I'd love your thoughts. Here's the draft I'm working on: A Man Without Guidance Carries Wounds He Can't See. If you grew up without a strong, healthy male role model—or are still searching for what it means to be that man—you’re not alone. The truth is, until you heal the wounds left by the men who failed to teach you, you'll unknowingly pass that pain forward: in your relationships, your work, and even to your own children. The Good Man Project isn’t about hyper-masculinity or performative toughness. It’s about learning the real skills—Responsibility, Accountability, Dependability, and Credibility—that create a man others can trust, respect, and love. This is your invitation to a free community of men who are done pretending. Done avoiding the hard truths. Done feeling stuck. Inside, you’ll find the tools, conversations, and support to become the kind of man you can be proud of.

@Hemanth Kumar Alwar I really appreciate the acknowledgement. I'm just a man who's walked a few different paths in my life and learned how to navigate some of our darkest places. Hoping to help men like you heal through your own story.
Something to prove
How many of you feel like you need to prove something just to feel "enough"? - How strong you are. - How successful you are. - How smart you are. For many men the list feels miles long. I used to hate the idea of "proving yourself." It felt like chasing approval from others—my father, my coaches, my friends—always trying to measure up to their judgments. But over time, I’ve reframed this idea. Now, I love the relationship I have with proving something to myself. It’s about showing myself that I can actually do it—whatever “it” might be. Today, I’m introducing something new: The Monday Prompt. Each week, I’ll share a sentence for you to finish in the comments. These prompts are designed to help you reflect, open up, and find the courage to be seen by other men who are on the same journey. This week’s Monday Prompt: I want to prove to myself that I can… Finish the sentence in the comments below. Let’s hear it.

@Hemanth Kumar Alwar Love this. Have you been doing inner child work for awhile or are you new to it?

@Scott Simock Man... This is one I can relate to. Eventually I will have a financial expert teach some of the foundations here because I know this is a major piece to the puzzle of men feeling enough and having stability, emotionally and financially
Meeting Dan Koe
Had an amazing and unexpected opportunity to meet Dan Koe and his Kortex app development team in Downtown Toronto this afternoon. Amazing coincidence as I had just spent the last week travelling in NV, CA, and AZ only to see him announce on IG that he was going to host a meet & greet in Toronto where I was flying back home to. What an amazing and memorable way to end an already fantastic week! Dan and his team were extremely gracious with their time and walked us through some of the latest and soon-to-be implemented features on Kortex. Highly suggest looking into it if you haven’t already. Definitely a game changer for anyone looking to streamline their content creation and increase their note-taking efficiency. Best of all I had the chance to express my gratitude to Dan for being an amazing inspiration and for equipping me the the knowledge that is more possible than ever to do what you love and get paid for it. Big respects to that guy. I’m sure many of you are familiar with Dan and I hope he’ll be doing more meetups in the future and that we may all get the chance to connect with him in person sometime 👍 Such a cool experience!

I love Dan's work. He's been a big influence on me as well. I still need to learn more about what Kortex is. I've not really looked into it beyond hearing him mention it. What was your biggest takeaway from meeting Dan and his team?

@Ap Nist Just learned a little something about you! Inspired to watch Pursuit of Happiness again. It's been years.
Self-Sabotage?
Good morning men, I'm going to focus a lot of time on Self-Sabotage: What it is and How to break free from. But first, let me ask you, is this something that you have struggled with? If so, what are some behaviors or habits that are currently holding you back from something you want to accomplish?
