Do you have a reaction during Tapping?
I myself, yawn during a good tapping session. Some people sneeze, some people start crying, some people feel sleepy, whatever it is... it is a sign that you have experienced a release. Remember your goal is to get the experience. All the techniques and sequences are correction . FIND ONE THAT WORKS FOR YOU. And Move along, do not stay deep in the rabbit hole of Tapping. Just pick one that works for you move on and that's it. Stop and acknowledge it. *VERY IMPORTANT* They are many tapping sequences I tried many and found one that works for me. Find one that works for you.. You just need it in the beginning of your training or whenever you need it. I used it everyday in the beginning of my training, but after a few days, and weeks I used it less and less because I was getting in control of my emotions. You will too.
