@Adelin Rosca Yeah I don't think I got that far in the program yet but that's good to know! The only syntax I've seen so far was where it was stored in a variable. Even though there's more than one option to do it, does my code look good?
Ferney challenge?
I might be spelling it wrong, but does anyone know where in the course I would find this challenge (and provide a link)? I must have skipped over it without realizing. I figured it'd be in the javascript part of the course, but I haven't been able to find it in any of the sections I have done up to now.

@Adelin Rosca He mentions it here around 3:10 Querying elements - Javascript For Beginners II · Developer Pro (skool.com) maybe I'm just not looking in the right place?

@Cristian Florea Yeah that. I wasn't sure how to spell it.

@Adelin Rosca So let me see if I understand. It expects 12 as a result originally because of the values a and b were assigned in the global scope? Since const variables can't be reassigned once a value has been set, regardless of what arguments you decide to input when you invoke the add() function, it will ignore it because the outcome of a function will always be undefined when parameters aren't set when it's declared? However, when you change it to add(a, b) from add() it now allows for inputs to match so the assert method will evaluate to true in this scenario where you can't edit any code aside from the original function declaration itself?
