THANKFUL
Losing my gym for months during COVID 2020 made realize my purpose in life. I AM A BORN COACH!! If i canโ€™t lead, motivate, inspire, coach, and live my life with intensityโ€ฆ then im not living right. and the reality is i canโ€™t do any of that without you guys. So THANK YOU, for giving me purpose, trusting in me and our team, and thank you for always giving me a reason to keep pushing and setting an example for our community. I know you guys been working hard all month, so enjoy this day!!! And i encourage you all to become coaches for your own personal communities. Coaches lead by example, they show love through accountability, they show care through education. Be the โ€œfitโ€ one in your family. The one who motivates your loved ones to make healthier choices this year. To be more active togetherโ€ฆ. To pick up a book instead of a remoteโ€ฆ. To even make your family do something crazy like cold showers for a month ๐Ÿคฃ Accountability is the highest for of love so i hope you guys see how much i love you. Now spread that love and accountability on and letโ€™s keep multiplying all the good vibes that come with this lifestyle ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ

Woke up early this morning, hit glutes with Morgan, and took a cold shower after ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ”โœ…โœ…โœ…โœ…โœ… One thing I will continue after this challenge are the cold showers, especially after my workouts. It feels amazing!

Low calorie thanks giving week
If you guys are planning on having a little cheat on Thanksgiving. It is totally OK to go a little bit lower calorie couple days before and after and get in some extra workouts to offset the surplus. Remember, itโ€™s not about just one meal or one day. Itโ€™s about your total weekly energy, expenditure, and consumption. This is why you can have a 500 cal deficit five days in a row and gain it all back in one day. 1 pound of fat loss requires a calorie deficit of 3500 cal. Which should be done by accomplishing a 500 cal Duff per day for seven days. So with that being said, you can totally zoom out and look at the entire week of consumption and consume less to offset a day where you know youโ€™re going to be consuming more
