How to get around responsible party in 25-mile radius?
Anyone found a way around this without hiring a property manager in-market of course? "Name, phone number, address and email of the person that will be the responsible party for the short term rental operation. The responsible party must reside within a 25 mile radius of the subject property." We will not reside in the market we are hoping to operate so the 25-mile radius requirement may prevent us from going there. ๐Ÿ˜” Not sure I've heard anything creative in dealing with this in any of the training so perhaps it's just what it is and we need to pursue a different market but thought I'd check here first. Thanks in advance for any ideas!

I haven't come across this restriction. I had seen something similar in Boston where the city code only permitted STRs for owners who live within a certain radius. I wonder if a local "management company", aka cleaner, could suffice if they are not too strict about it.
