Hey everyone, one thing that most of us solo businesses don't do is looking at our financials over the years and working out how we're travelling. And up until now this has been a super daunting and boring process or we've had to pay someone to do if for us. However with AI it will only take you like 5 minutes (as long as you have all the data). Here are the prompts I used to help one of my members create this sort of AI solution to sell: Prompt1: Could you summarize the current financial state and future prospects of the business as described in the attached report? Prompt2: Could you give me a table with key financial figures over time? Prompt3: Could you graph the financial figures in the most visually descriptive form. (or here you can choose the type or graph you want - ChatGPT can do a lot of different ones) Prompt4: Can you provide a detailed analysis of the the key financial figures over time, including revenue, expenses, net income, and net cash increase. Prompt5: Can you create a detailed forecast report, including suggestions on increasing revenue These simple prompts accompanied by your comprehensive data can give you a very clear idea of how your business is going and where it's heading.
