Slow and steady the race…… start walking at a nice decent pace 10,000 steps every day. Make sure your food intake is just right I would tell you how much but that really depends on how your body burns its calories and what you do throughout the day…… I’m not gonna give you a step-by-step Now if you can’t go to the gym Do small calisthenics it’s not that big of a deal. Just keep your body moving. And remember one thing when you go to the gym or when you’re working out, you’re not seeing the magic right there and then…. The magic happens when you sleep, but leave it or not that your body’s way of repairing itself from the damage that you just did so you’re eating right it will work wonders

There are two things that you’re gonna have to learn, which I’ve explained before which you probably said as well What do you eat? What do you do throughout the day? See if you understand this, you understand the biggest middle finger the life is put out for us That way you can point it back and enjoy every minute of it The most basic thing you can do is lower down your carbs intake, unless you can constantly burn it out because your body tends to store that type of sugar….. HOWEVER !!!!! if you are starving yourself or depriving yourself of food that is another reason why your body will not react properly Soooooooo….. I suggest lowering down your carbs raising your protein and non-processed fats Your body would automatically start working it’s magic doing its job on its own The fat is going to replace the carbs and if you constantly do this, your body goes for the sugar or what’s left of it continues to burn through your fat that you just consumed….. and if it needs more, where else do you think that it goes after?……… shhhh …( your fat) And part of your muscle but since you’re replenishing your muscles with protein constantly it doesn’t matter and without exercise, your body automatically starts doing its thing Now there’s a caveat : the more pure protein and fat more quicker the transition becomes The less fat and carbs you consume the faster you burn (HOWEVER):……… (The more strain that you would put on your body from a lack of slow burning energy source..) so be very careful with that.!!!!! Exercise doesn’t necessarily have to mean, going to the gym or throwing yourself do a bunch of loops sweating up a storm…. Just do enough to get your heart pumping at a good pace normally above what it normally is but 100 BPM to 120 depending on the person and your body starts to burn your energy(calories) just like your car with gas the faster you push down the pedal, the faster you burn your gas thermal Genesis at its best

It might take a while he has a long draw up process and plus he does a lot of competitions he’ll get to you In the meantime, what might help is to talk amongst us to try to see which you can do for yourself to get yourself started. I don’t know what your issues are. But I believe I can point you in the right direction get you started with the basics so that way when they do push you to do something you already have a Headstart.

Now I’m going to explain this as best as I understood it because I deliver Ramadan food or at least alah food ……. Now, as far as food is concerned, your best course of action is chicken and eggs as well as butter The reason why I’m saying chicken is because it has a high protein content, but the problem is it’s too lean so in order for you not to have a breakdown you combat that with eggs and butter, which gives you the fat content you need and can easily be broken down by the body, but the butter Hass to be butter and it cannot be margarine As far as a workout routine goes depending on your weight class and the direction that you’re trying to go simple walking every day is good enough for your body as a starting point it’s simple it’s easy and you can’t mess that up. If you wanna go harder that’s a different routine more than likely I would suggest, a 5 to 2 split depending on your direction that you wanna go but mainly five days working out two days resting unless it’s walking that’s to be done every day Remember, you don’t have to go crazy. It’s just enough for your body to maintain itself for the extreme amount of fasting. You’re doing throughout the day, but one thing that you have to the amount of chicken and eggs that you consume throughout the day must be enough otherwise you’re just hurting yourself, so I Suggest depending on your workout routine, you eat enough to be stuffed in the morning and throughout your day you don’t have to eat and not have to worry about being hungry unless you are more manual labor than normal then and only then do you understand for the next day how much to eat I want to give you a good workout routine, but I don’t know how serious you would be so unless you contact me back for the details this is your basic blueprint
Extreme Cut
Hello Dr Mike. I am on a cut but was wondering if it is healthy. I am currently 100kg and want to weigh 95kg and I am about 1.87m tall. I am on a 1500kcal a day and around 200g of protein. I workout intensely and constantly looking at numbers. Any advice? I also burn about 1500+ active kcal each day.

Well, I’m no expert but it sounds like you’re on the right track. Just keep it up.

I truly understand 100%. I am almost the same way with my activities. I’m about when I’m currently active and not working like a mad dog. I usually burn about 23 to 24 cal a day so I truly understand. I myself consume the amount of food I want which would normally take about 1800 cal a day and normally by then I’m stuffed I think you and I are on the same type of diet. And trust me if I can work out every day and not have to be a slave to this job. At least a half hour I know I’ll be way better.
