Tre, question for you
I created an Upwork account today and already sent my first 3 proposals. The way I write my proposals kind of differs. What I do is basically send them the value upfront (which is email copy, because I help info biz owners, mostly Skool owners, grow through emails). Do you think it’s a good idea to stop doing cold outreach and focus on Upwork proposals and building a strong personal brand? (I am active on X and created a newsletter a few days ago). What do you think?

Hey Sandro, I'm not an expert in all this, but as far as I know, Cold Outreach is a great way to find clients. It's a numbers game, but if you can stand out in the crowd with your script, it is highly rewarding. You can focus on upwork proposals and building your personal brand, but I recommend doing cold outreach on a small scale every day. Eventually you will get better at it, and you can even hire appointment setters to do it for you once you're ready to scale your business.
4 BIG EMOTIONS TO HAVE IN YOUR COPY
Hi guys. Sharing something I learned today...about 4 big emotions by Kyle Milligan. Your copy should have one or more than one big emotions so it could sell. 1/ NEW - something readers haven't heard before. 2/ Easy - so easy that anyone can do that. 3/ Safe - there's less risk in doing that. 4/ BIG- a big opportunity, associated with FOMO. You could have it in your headlines, or through out the promo For example: How a college dropout made $10, 000 by selling a digital product with a single AI prompt. (could be more better) BIG - opportunity to make $10,000 and it's EASy that anyone can do by a single online prompt. You need not to have all 4 emotions into copy, but more the better.

Very valuable. Appreciate it, Aman
Hi everyone, I'm Fouzan!
Hey everyone, I’m Fouzan, a 19-year-old student from India. I’ve been exploring the world of online business since 2023. I’ve learned about every trending online business out there but made $0 because I never took action. I was afraid to break my comfort zone. But I finally broke through that fear and signed my first client as an appointment setter. I didn’t earn any money, but I learned so much through the process. Now, I’m starting to build a copywriting business in the SaaS niche. While I’ve always avoided doom scrolling, I’m struggling with it lately. Unfortunately, I can't delete these apps. I believe connecting with like-minded people will help me stay focused, grow my business, and I can help them too.

@Arbaz Im I haven't thought about that yet. But I'd like to offer email marketing services or conversion rate optimisation for landing pages.
Someone Interested in helping a Newbie?
Hello everyone, I am an aspiring copywriter. I want to ask that should I practice every kind of copy i.e. emails, Facebook ads, sales pages, etc. at once. Or should i focus to get better at one? And after reaching particular level in that form try to get better on other forms of copy. Example - learning email copywriting to a particular level then try to get better at sales/landing pages.

In my opinion, it's better to focus on one thing for one niche. In the beginning, you can try all these types of copies for all these niches to see which one you enjoy more. And also, specialising in one niche can boost your value in the market.
Introduce yourself!
Take some time and share here: What's your niche? What's your current monthly revenue? What's your goal? What are you looking to learn more about to grow? Would love to start to network with each other!
