Spread too thin..
Hey everyone - Hope you are all doing well! I am hopping on here to 1. apologize.. I have not been able to make this something for everyone to enjoy and look forward to being on every day. I didn't have a clear vision for this group and had high hopes it would come by now, but it just hasn't.. I found myself trying to build too many things at once and this got pushed down on the list of priorities and then I catch myself feeling guilty I haven't been putting the time or effort in that the group needs and deserves. Because of that, I will be deleting this group until I can gain some ground on other priorities, I'm sorry! It will be shut off tonight in a few hours. and 2. to tell everyone thank you for wanting to be a part of something I created and keep a lookout for things in the future and if you ever need anything, please don't hesitate to reach out!

SILENT SUNDAY
I hope you have all enjoyed your weekend so far! For our Silent Sunday today, I want you to ask yourself - "How can I be great today?" seriously... take 5 minutes to yourself and do it with intention. I've been asking myself this question (along with a few others) first thing in the morning before I do anything. It's been a huge building block and foundation for how I'm getting my days started. No phone, no nothing (maybe a sip of coffee haha) but I have found it extremely beneficial for setting my days up for success. Knowing that is the first thing I think about.. it latches onto me for the entire morning (still working on getting it to spill into all day, but the first few hours are a huge start!!) If you're not thinking about being great and awesome, then what are you thinking about?! I want to know what your guys' first thoughts and actions are that start your days! HAVE AN AWESOME SUNDAY!

GUYS! I thought I was going to be able to get on the call tonight with no issues - The link is still live, but I am traveling and it's a realllll long travel day on 2 hours of sleep, so I'm not sure my eyes will be open when I get home tonight! Just a heads up! I will keep posted!

Something Saturday
Hey guys - Happy Saturday! Friendly reminder to get out and do something that makes you happy and/or one step closer to reaching a goal you have! It's a rainy day here in South FL, so I got my workout in early and now sitting at my desk grinding to get all the content made for the group with fun things coming! Monday - we have our 4 week accountability check in. Part of my grind today is coming up with our next thing, so I will have ideas and options for a vote coming by the end of day tomorrow so we can keep our weekly calls up and chipping away towards all of our goals together! Have an awesome Saturday!

@JoJo Jorge i go to Cherokee about 5 times a year.I’m not from there,but I call it my home.I saw some videos on Instagram of the box.I’d like to come down and drop at some point.

Goal creation/Action plan get together!?
Hey guys - a few of you said you would be interested in getting a call goin to where we can chat about some goals and throw around ideas and helpful strategies to get there! I'm going to throw a poll to see what times/days work best - again, we don't have a multiple choice option - so vote for your first choice then put your others in the comments so I can tally it all up! It will be super fun, getting to know each other and just a casual first call! The main agenda would be creating the overall goal and putting 1 action plan together for all of us! I think maybe we start with biweekly and see if we can gain some momentum in getting a squat together?!
