Community Spotlight: Liz Sewell – The Woman with Courage
Hey everyone, Today, I’m excited to shine a spotlight on Liz Sewell! Liz is the founder of The Woman with Courage, a coaching business dedicated to empowering women to break through fear, take action, and step into their full potential. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Liz is a doctor in the UK, where she served others in a traditional setting. But during our first Zoom call, she shared something that caught my attention: Liz felt that she could make an even greater impact on people lives on a deeper level through her entrepreneurial journey. This realization sparked her transition into coaching, where she’s now focused on helping women find their voice and embrace their true potential. Her coaching business is about to take off, and Liz is working on creating diverse offerings like 1:1 coaching, corporate coaching, workshops, retreats, and online masterclasses—making sure there’s something for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey. Liz’s passion and commitment to making a positive change in the lives of others is nothing short of inspiring. Let’s all show her some love and support as she continues to step boldly into this new chapter of her life! Keep rising, Liz—you’re making waves! With pride, Eric Ahmad

The Trap of Success
Hey Business Minds! 👋 I want to share a story today, one that some of you might find hits a little close to home. Picture this: You’ve been pouring everything into your business—sacrificing sleep, weekends, maybe even a few friendships—to get things moving. And now it’s working! The clients are finally lining up, the money is flowing, and your calendar is packed. It feels like everything you’ve worked so hard for is here. But here’s where things get tricky. As the workload grows, so does the pressure. You’re trying to keep up with all the demands, and maybe you’re even taking on extra because it’s what you think successful people do. Soon, though, you’re so busy handling clients and projects that you barely have time to breathe, much less enjoy what you’ve built. You feel like you’re sprinting on a treadmill, and instead of feeling empowered, it’s wearing you down. That’s what I call the trap of success. We hustle for freedom, but we end up feeling trapped by our own hard work. I’ve been there myself—getting caught up in the grind, thinking I had to keep saying “yes” to every opportunity, every new client, every project. I thought, “This is what successful people do.” But I learned the hard way that success without balance just leads to burnout. So I want to remind you all: don’t be afraid to pause. Set boundaries that work for you, take a day off, say “no” sometimes. The real goal isn’t just hitting a certain income or client count—it’s building a life and business that gives you freedom and fulfillment. Have any of you felt like this before? How are you managing your time and setting boundaries? Let’s share some tips and support each other so we all keep moving forward without falling into the trap.

Shalom Eric like always i appreciate you pouring into this group positivity! you are absolutely correct because lately i have been so overwhelmed! i know the things i have to do i am learning to put it all together. some days i feel i let slip away and did not do what i required of me that day! so i am in the process of writing down my daily goals so i can see them. this is how i plan to encourage myself to stay on top of my daily goals!!
Your Business Brand: Start with Your Why
Hey, amazing entrepreneurs! Today, let’s talk about one of the most important aspects of building a business that stands out—your brand’s WHY. Your brand is more than just a logo or a name; it’s the story and purpose behind your business. Starting with a clear “why” can make all the difference in how your customers connect with you. Here’s how to clarify and communicate your brand’s WHY: 1. Ask Yourself Why You Started: What inspired you to create this business? What impact do you want to make? 2. Know Your Audience’s Needs: Identify what your ideal customer needs and how your business meets those needs. What problem are you solving for them? 3. Keep It Simple and Clear: Once you have your “why,” make sure it’s clear and easy to communicate in a sentence or two. This becomes your brand message. 4. Integrate It Everywhere: From social media to your website, let your “why” shine through in every part of your brand. A powerful brand with a clear “why” builds trust and loyalty with customers. Take a few minutes today to think about your own why, and feel free to share it here. Let’s support each other’s missions! Keep going strong! Eric Ahmad Your Business Course Coach
