Hi Everyone, looking for some clarification. I have done a fair amount of research however there's conflicting results. So thought I would try here. So weather wise wet months generally are September, October, November. Dryer months and cooler December, January February. Hot dry months February, March, April, May. And June, July, August dry,dry dry? Or am I way off the mark? Also which time of the year is high tourist time? . TIA 😊

Tết Holiday will be celebrated across Vietnam from January 27 - February 3, 2025. If possible avoid traveling to Vietnam during these dates. During this time flights are very expensive, if not fully booked, so traveling within the country becomes very difficult. Most businesses shut down for a large part of the Tet holiday and even major cities become very quiet. In case your trip is already planned for this time period: -Try to limit travel within the country to just one or two destinations. -Book all transportation well in advance. -When booking accommodation, call ahead and confirm they will have you during Tet dates. -Try to stay somewhere that has on-site dining because almost all local restaurants close.
