Well Ad Men, By now, you've probably seen my latest YouTube video where I spoke at Will Brown's mastermind in Dubai. I posted it on Monday, but in case you haven't had a chance to watch it yet... SPOILER ALERT šŸšØ I cried lol... I cried because although I pride myself on being mentally tough... I cried because although I pride myself on always being positive... I cried because although I pride myself on being the healthiest person i know... The reality is, these last 8-12 months have been extremely tough. I've been battling some health issues that have been weighing on me mentally, spiritually, financially and emotionally... I won't get into it too much here, because I talk about it more in the video... But because we're leaders... running businesses, sometimes it's even more tough on us because everyone else is always looking up to us! Our team... Our family... Our friends... Which means... We gotta be the most positive! We gotta be the most disciplined! And we gotta be the one's to always be up and leading from the front! So we have to just face it... and sometimes maybe even fake it... Even if deep down we are the one's struggling on the inside. But this is EXACTLY why I started my YouTube channel and began documenting my journey in the first place... To share the HIGHS, the LOWS... And to be real, raw, and transparent with you, about what I am going through... Even if it's not fun... Even if it means being vulnerable... And even if it means shedding a tear or two every now and then... I write these emails to you, not just to always try and sell you lol. But to help you. Because these help me too!

One Of The Proudest Moments Of My Career: We Helped SELL OUT Patrick Bet-Davidā€™s Conference!
ā€œBrian, I donā€™t think this is doableā€¦" Iā€™ve heard that many times. In this case, these words came from three of my core leadership team members when I said weā€™d be helping Patrick Bet-David sell his event OUT. Now, letā€™s not crucify my team hereā€¦ ā€¦They had a very valid point. ā€¦In fact, they were rightā€¦ ā€¦We didnā€™t have the assets to sell this out just 2-3 months away from the Vault Conference LIVE Eventā€™s start date. But I had two options, and one choice to makeā€¦ Option A) I listened to my team and said "no", understanding we didnā€™t have a solid sales funnel to work with, any creatives at all to use for the ads, AND the time frame being extremely shortā€¦ OR... Option B) I followed my gut, and asked my team to back me up on this one, and if it didnā€™t go right, Iā€™d take the blame. Needless to sayā€¦ ā€¦I followed my gut. And I did that even though we had everything to lose because of this simple reasonā€¦ See, Brian, Iā€™m ALWAYS willing to fail. Because in order to WIN BIGLY (lol), you must be willing to fail miserably. You wonā€™t grow if you donā€™t put some skin into the game. You wonā€™t grow if you donā€™t try to solve BIGGER problems. You wonā€™t grow if you donā€™t embrace RISK. And Iā€™m always looking for new challenges to FORCE us to grow. Now, I know what youā€™re probably thinkingā€¦ "Itā€™s Patrick Bet-David. Even a Udemy marketer can sell that thing out." ā€¦Maybe. ā€¦But most definitely, MAYBE not. Why? Because big names help, yeahā€¦ ā€¦But big names wonā€™t fill a 3,000-people room in this case. Because with SO MUCH information out there, even big names fall under that "yeah, right" tree we all know and hate so muchā€¦ And even furtherā€¦ ā€¦We were not about to compete with Patrickā€™s competitorsā€¦ ā€¦We were also about to compete with life. ā€¦We were about to feel in our own flesh how tough it could be to convince someone to plan a trip, book a hotel room, rent a car, and take a few days off from work to attend a LIVE eventā€¦ And to make matters worseā€¦ ā€¦We knew that a $600 CPA (per ticket) would be more than reasonable for something like this, but more realistically $750-800ā€¦
